The receptionist is good. The room is clean and new. There are no restaurants around the hotel, so you have to walk far. Near the park, can go for a walk. The internet is not very fast and is affected by China's security system.

We had a last minute change of plan and needed to transit through Wuhan onto another destination. Doris (WeChat - DorisWQ0626) was fantastic before and after we arrived. She managed to arrange a takeaway breakfast for us as we were leaving early, met us on our arrival and made check in very smooth after a day of travelling. She was great! The robots used for room service were also very good.
